Jordan Richey, owner of What a Dish café & catering in Dana Point, CA is offering a great treat and contest for all at-home chefs, foodies or anyone who loves to cook and has some favorite specialties to share. The contest is open and ready for you to submit a three course meal. The contest is only available through April 1, 2011. You must be a non-professional chef and living within the local communities. If you are the lucky winner, you will have the opportunity to prepare your dishes along with the executive chef and staff for a Thursday night dinner at the restaurant. This sure sounds like a great opportunity.
